Palooza Recap : Why You Should Mark Your Calendar for Convention for Next Year
Yeh I know what you’re thinking. Such a crazy word for a company conference that you always here me say is professional.
I thought so at first too, but trust me.
Let’s start with location.
Phoenix, Arizona in the middle of July...who’s idea of crazy was that?
Fortunately, things were indoors of course, however from point A (Air BnB) to Point B (convention center) was a tad toasty. WAY different than our humid NC summers. It was strange that the only trees were palms and cacti and everything is brown. Seriously, like everything! But it was the perfect setting for our theme “Under One Sun."
LimeLife does such a fantastic job of thinking of the little details to tie everything together to help, so of course we received an amazing goody bag of company “swag”. It’s always fun to get prizes and their creativity in them never ceases to amaze me.
Our keynote speaker did not disappoint. Shirzad Chamine, author of Positive Intelligence, had us really examine ourselves and" conquer our saboteurs with our sage." LimeLife makes it a priority to have us dig deep, and really develop who we are so that we can be better leaders and consultants.
You can get a glimpse into some of the work we did by taking our own quiz using this link: https://assessment.positiveintelligence.com/saboteur/overview
There were several other non-typical surprises in store, but I’ll chat on those later in the week.
And although some typical network marketing achievements were recognized, that was not and is NEVER the main focus of our conferences. We are very different in that we always wants to become better individuals, not just good “sales” people.
Something different brought each of these folks Phoenix. We all left changed. Better people with a common mission to change the world one person at a time. Different journeys. One joy. Our LimeLife. ❤️
If you truly want to grow in a business but more importantly yourself, mark your calendar for Denver in July 2019.
GIVE yourself the opportunity to become the best version of YOU. Your path may look different but it’s valuable and important. Stay focused and be a little better tomorrow than you were today.
The JOY is truly in the journey!
